Beware!!! After five minutes if the rider not at the pickup point due to gps problem, you will not get cancellation fee after you press cancel. And your AR affected. You only get cancellation fee if the rider press cancel!! This what I experience just now.. seems like Crap don’t want to bear the problem and push to the driver die die to go there!!!!

I’m very sure coz after five minutes, I press cancel and no passenger no show option for me where my car was 50 meter away. So I revert back and press cancel again than only show passenger no show option. For sure this was after five minutes because the system will prompt it if within five minutes.

Ytd I have 5 cancellation due to rider not there. 4 get paid 1 get cheated. I sent their support many case about this is issue weeks ago but never solve until I harsh words to them. Now they don’t even reply me for new email issue!! So unprofessional!!!

They normally have my one star rating of their support experience email. I’ll note them with “your message pass service is perfect and highly appreciated. Well done!”
And for the low fare trip, I will put red face and note “The fare is low until I don’t want to say thank you at all!” 😅😅

Can’t cash out happen again after update!! Send email, no reply!!! Call service center, will pass the message!!! Go service center look for help, crowded and long q like hell. Forget about it!!! See the crowd, can be understood that... Crap is arrogance for reasons.. sucks for reason... have fun with you for reason... Doesn’t matter you are driver or rider!! They are in charge totally. The situation is something tell you, you have chance to drive is considered lucky. Don’t complain here and there. It’s also showing many people can’t live without it. Sad to see that!!!

True... what they need is some profile of working experience in their resume for better future. To them, may be the starting salary is low. But it can easily goes up by changing from one platform to another platform with working experience and theirs cert. Not the resume that nothing but driver.

I knew it’s definitely going to resolve after three days automatically. But I facing this problem about half a year already. It’s always happened after the new update of the app. The hated part is they seem like can’t solve the problem by replying email that ask you to log out, delete, phone reset, install and log in again. No need. Normally next rider will not be far from you which 1-2 km. My case was in in the SS2 shops area and the pickup point was just another row of shop. So the eta from waze will not much difference for such a long distance trip. The only problem is just the waze traffic data not update. For such a direction, even smooth traffic also takes 30 minutes at least!! Yet, the trip distance was 17km for Rm 18 suck fare.

Truly... the experience driver will normally know what trip will take time no matter which way to go. Anyway, I’m not smart. 😔

Just received call from crap and ask me want to continue drive or not after 12th July. They just simply call only. I asked him even I said yes but I’m still have to fulfill the regulations steps and documents. If not they suspend the account temporary. So... nothing worry about the call. What you worry is how to pass the exam go through the puspakom inspection.
By the way, for normal car, no need fire extinguisher as told.

After 12th July, how many percent driver do you think left on the road? I believe about 20-30% at the beginning stage.
