Yesterday late evening received a booking to genting first world hotel in cheras, but i hv no intention to pick up the rider, so i said heavy traffic, just hope that he can cancel, but then he can wait and not gig to cancel by himself bcos he has 'car apps', ????? What is 'car apps' , seems like rider can leave the booking go online while can book others???!!! Ask me wait slow slow some more!

the pick up location is near majlis penbandaraan nilai dark at night, then some more go sentul pasar at night buy sayur or what..around 8pm..one indian name not foreign name  so for me i felt weird an india or even msian indian can decide to go sentul from a nowhere destination all of a sudden at night and the fare was abt rm78

Dego ride effect? Yesterday evening sd home all the way no job, check d insure active. Upon reaching home suddenly got a ping, yet another rm5 far pick up, better than eating telur, + point is a pretty chic which gives some mana else heart will be very grey. Feels like approaching a quit after 1 year + driving grab. No regrets im getting what I want to earn ady, times to concentrate back to main job.

Hey guys, any of you start to do grabbike or degoride? It is only in klcc rite? Like bro zinglicious stated, d fare quite good. If can have a lot of trip, worth more than doing normal grab car.

But will the rider go for it? 1 person instead of 4, no aircond, more risky and dangerous, if raining dunno how is it. The only advantage is can passby the jammed road much more faster.

Gojek i heard is only rm1.50 starting fare compare to us rm4 min rite. More than double the fare. Pay extra rm1 can get fully aircond grabcar😓. So i dunno if rider will be happy to pay so much juz to hurry up n pass the jam.
If your insurance cannot put your exact name in the policy like my etiqa insurance, only stated all driver can use, u need to upload to grab permission/authorization letter signed by your aunt to let you use the car for grabbing. That is what grab tolde to do n i did it since my car also not under my name and can use for grab. If you want to ask the insurance to specially put your name need to pay extra premium.

I get what you saying. Juz that the fare is too high. Well if the rider in a hurry it will be the better choice anyway even though abit expensive.

4 banglas take grabcar rm5 each pay only rm1.25. 1 bangla take grabbike need to pay rm4 wor. Of coz grabcar more cheaper mah😜.

I m sorry... U r mistaken sir... No one in telegram can get Rm500 gross on a daily basis. Need Lady Luck to smile and get 2sets of airport plus all surge fare all hours. Only then rm500 gross is possible but then also must be driving more than 10hours minimum. 

To score Rm500 nett need rm625 gross. Only mod people can achieve this. No one in telegram uses mod.

Can target this amount during NYE, CNY and Raya only. But then... if stuck in a traffic jam too much... waste time... no way rm500 gross... sorry to burst ur bubble...

how u know Grab bike or dego no bawak anak 1-2 orang? Or even more.....u never see whole family ride kapchai before meh? 

Just took a grab from office to client place.

Ride was overall okay and I have no complaint on drivers’ navigation skills and his service level.

When almost reaching destination, the driver received the back to back ping. I noticed he shifted his attention to the data in his driver app after pressing accept (rather than focusing on the road). While his car was still moving slowly toward the destination. Nothing happen but I was slightly concern about our safety although the time taken was only 5-10s. How about if suddenly there is a another car appeared from nowhere unexpectedly?

It is no a big issue but I recommend the drivers to only look at the b2b jobs at the convenient point of time, i.e. while waiting for the traffic light clearance or stuck at the jam. Your pax would feel safer.

For the above case, I still gave 5 stars and no complaint was made.

Actually if rate passengers red face with behavior problem/made a mess etc, grab staff will monitor and take priority for actions. I leave many red face before and once grab staff call + email follow up within 1-2 hours.

They tell me if passengers made my car dirty i can go car wash and claim with receipt up to rm150 (but i heard from my friend can claim much more than that if they damaged ur car stuff like leather seat etc). But where do i claim my time lost? Easily 2-3 hours wasted with one dirty trip. That is why i tell those industrial place bangla indo with dirty shoes can f off lol, even big fare also not worth it.

Hi All Sifu, new guy to grab. I was at Sunway medcal area yesterday saturday from 1 to 5pm not a single booking. is it normal or apps issue? 5 stars ratings 100% pickup.

Need advise.
I have failed my blood test in Grab office. They now allow me to come back to do the blood test.

After a week. my blood test still maintaned even after taking med . I think it's not fast to drop to low level.
My blood level is at 148 to 155 .

Can i do my medical check up outside instead of Grab ?
