in the end just send her n press drop off... lucky nothing happen.

I doubt they will get priority ping.

But i m sure they will get big amount to pay when return the car.

Becareful of grabshare job now, in singapore there is rider put 2 person but 1 person hop in, just to ensure they will have one extra space.

Now grabshare can share up to 4 person isn't it, so let say A book 2 person for grabshare ride but 1 person appear, the system will show left 2 seat for either 1 or 2 booking. So if B come in and put 2 person but 1 person hop in, effectively it will only have matching 2 jobs and no seat left, but inside car only have 2 passenger with 0% matching. This is how Singaporean abuse the system.

Since grabshare can go infinity mode, the chances of maximize income is lower.

Yesterday I got one rider wanted to go to Sentul for meeting. Half way the meeting cancelled, she decided to go to PJ, which was nearer.

As this was a GS job, she couldn't change destination. I just dropped her off in PJ and collect the fare. Unfortunately I had to cancel another job, and my CR was affected.

feel like why not just incur the e-hailing insurance is enough dy, so mah fan bloody wasting a lot of resources. those taxi drivers need to attend class to become a taxi driver???!!!
why not crap take away the CR points and let us free to filter (day dream!) then i would happily go thru all the fussy money spending steps.

My advice is just go uninstall the grab driver app, and go find something that will generate income, let it take it's course, I used to think driver grab is the answer, but hell no, feels good after gantung kunci for 6months d......

Hurm as far as im reading through the posts, i'll see first lah whether to quit grab or not after july. If more demand less drivers,i will continue then. Seriously i feel ping sendu these days..

Sounds really difficult, I wonder whether the exam is the same as previously taxi drivers taking? Or they make it super difficult for grab drivers?

Anyone claim car windscreen insurance before? Is it we need to pay by ourself first then only claim from insurance company or can straight ask resit from workshop and make a claim (no need spend money from own pocket) I am on tight budget now. 😅 Any workshops for recommendation?

The Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license may become history for cabbies early next year, The Sun reports. This means that anyone who wants to drive a conventional taxi or Uber/Grab car may soon need just a valid driving license and a registration with the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD), with no need to sit for the PSV license test.

Currently, Malaysians above 21 and with a valid driving licence have to apply for a PSV licence from JPJ before they can drive a bus or taxi. The free daily learned that SPAD has proposed to abolish the PSV licence only for taxi and app-based e-hailing drivers, and will replace it with a SPAD driver’s card system. Training, if any, will be provided in-house by the taxi or app companies.

This proposal is among 11 points under the e-hailing and transformation for taxi industry models being considered by the Cabinet, which includes the legalisation and regulation of Uber/Grab. It has received endorsement from the Special Economic Committee chaired by the PM three months ago, but needs parliament approval.

Obviously, the driving school operators are unhappy, saying they may lose up to RM90 million annually...

I have no idea about the car condition, but little scratches and dent should let it go. If too visible then yes u have to pay for it.

I can tell u most drivers will not pay for it and ask crap forfeit their deposit, then quit permanently.

Ytd while talking to one of the customer, he told me Grab driver quality is deteriorating year after year, he was using Uber/Grab alternatively in the past 3 years, then force to use Grab after the merger, he felt that Grab is lacking of training or system provided to drivers, that's why there is a vast difference of quality between Uber and Grab. This is not the first time i hear that and yet crap did not able to rectify the core issue of their quality. Oh ya forgot to say they still continue ban/warning drivers left and right.

Lol I'm not cutting ties with them yet.

We don't know what will happen in the future, so a contingency plan is very much needed especially nowadays 😅
