because you will not get bumi discount, and bumi bought leasehold automatic become bumi lot.. stuck forever..

what do you mean bumi bought leasehold property no discount? bumi always got discounted bumi price doesn't matter lishold or freehold, unless bumi quota is filled.
unless this is a special scheme where no discount will be accorded bcos its ultra cheap price.

also don't be so confident that bumi buy fh can sell to non bumi and bumi with no restriction. Generally speaking yes, in klang valley. But in other states this might not be the case. Bumi friend bought subsale FH unit in melaka, when the title transfer being done, kena stamped by local land office "bumi only".

Your bumi friend really char dou. Property value immediately drop by 50% or more.

am not sure got such cases in klang valley or not...…..

not included those special restricted freehold areas such as cyber and BJ.

I dun think many bumi are well informed abt these restricted FH in BJ and Cyber also.

Agreed abt location .. property is abt location, location and location.

But for own stay it also need to serve yr dsily routine also.

Sentul is KUL

Subang Jaya is another town beside KL

which of the above has higher resell value?

the argument is not about KUL or Outside KUL.
