For affordable home scheme..

If you bumi, bought Freehold..

If non bumi, bought leasehold..

because you will not get bumi discount, and bumi bought leasehold automatic become bumi lot.. stuck forever..

For example, Lily rumawip, Leasehold.. same price rm300K..

Bumi bought, become bumi lot..

Non bumi bought, still non bumi lot..

no one got discount.. So, bumi have disadvantage, no discount but title become bumi lot..
