also don't be so confident that bumi buy fh can sell to non bumi and bumi with no restriction. Generally speaking yes, in klang valley. But in other states this might not be the case. Bumi friend bought subsale FH unit in melaka, when the title transfer being done, kena stamped by local land office "bumi only".
