definitely. before property boom, kajang only known for satay.
for mid cost apartments, fh or lh doesnt matter one lah.....you cant change yr facade, and i seriously doubt that any apartments built currently can last for full LH term, macam asian cars. they are meant to break down and replaced after xx years.

and as for replacement value, i doubt that both properties will or can ask for high price for redevelopment, unlike highrises near to KLCC or some key hotspots in klang valley.

what do you mean bumi bought leasehold property no discount? bumi always got discounted bumi price doesn't matter lishold or freehold, unless bumi quota is filled.
unless this is a special scheme where no discount will be accorded bcos its ultra cheap price.

also don't be so confident that bumi buy fh can sell to non bumi and bumi with no restriction. Generally speaking yes, in klang valley. But in other states this might not be the case. Bumi friend bought subsale FH unit in melaka, when the title transfer being done, kena stamped by local land office "bumi only".

am not sure got such cases in klang valley or not...…..

not included those special restricted freehold areas such as cyber and BJ.

I dun think many bumi are well informed abt these restricted FH in BJ and Cyber also.

the argument is not about KUL or Outside KUL.

its about the prosperity of the current state of township and likely future outlooks.
