Anyone gotten layout already?

I’ve spoken to their sales staff during their roadshow in 1U.They said if want to attend pre-launch need to prepare a RM5k cheque in order to put u in to the room. I don’t feel comfortable and it don’t make sense to me too. Unless developer can offer additional 10%-20% discount on top of their normal deal. Otherwise no point to “gan jeong”. Nowadays is buyer market, so just wait patiently for their official launch.

this place got potential? Quite some nice eateries shop within walking distance. Got a nice Vietnamese food nearby also.
