Pity this one doesn't have any iconic features similar to Troika or 1M or Serai.

Just a standard box.

But at this price and this location definitely not an investment grade project.

this one nearer to the bandar puteri shoplot area, 1.1km to Puchong industrial LRT, 700m to PICC, 500m to giant.

location and price far more better that those IOI development near by.

any info on the smallest unit?
RM540k is definitely a good buy, if the size is around 7XX sqft i guess?

Amani Residence is selling at RM550K for 883sqft.

RM540k for BRDB project i think worth the wait.

16 Sierra La Thea from IOI selling at RM540k for 7XX sqft at the moment, 16 Sierra is more expensive than Bandar Puteri? haha

Of course you may have other concern as it is next to hospital.

Amani quite deep in, opposite of puteri hills. Built on slope with terrace house down there and beside indian temple. Developer unknown and its been selling for quite long already.

If comparing this 2 no doubt brdb stands out.
