left side of the hospital got le cruise.... right side of the hospotal got le pavilion..

this one is actually more far away from that hospital.

this one nearer to the bandar puteri shoplot area, 1.1km to Puchong industrial LRT, 700m to PICC, 500m to giant.

location and price far more better that those IOI development near by.

buyer market on ulu project only, this one is in one of the best spot in bandar puteri.
