I only try 3 times la tbh. They just refund back to CC.

Reason 1: when u paid, there’s an error, so u have no further use for the money inside

Reason 2: grab app show error, then they will ask for SS, then say it happens last time when u want pay, and have no further use for the money inside.

Reason 3: epay only accept rm50 ptptn, impossible i pay rm50 everytime with rm1 charges, then show screenshot last time i can pay rm1k one shot.

This was erm maybe may, aug n sept if not mistaken, then i never try further after that.

Havent been able to pay anything using my grabpay since yesterday.

I havent reach the annual limit for sure nor the daily limit.



Call CS. Say i reach daily limit. Then i was like excuse me did u even check i havent pay anything yesterday. Then say merchant maintenance. Then i say my other grabpay acc can pay like normal. Then say my account will be reset and try again today.

What a full of bullshit CS. These kind of people that never check the actual problem should have just been fired and give the job to those more deserving

Machines cannot. when i reach there, they suddenly say cannot do that - when call they say can.

workaround. SenQ one utama has GrabPay as payment method (coz not all SenQ has) and they allow u to spread to 6 different days for payment, can only collect phone upon full payment on 4/5/6th day - depends on which phone u buy.

purchase above rm4k in November entitle me for RM31 x 3 voucher in Dec and another RM31 x 3 in January. Redeemed my Dec voucher dy buying the charging adapter. not sure if the promotion for this is still ongoing. plus 2 years warranty so ok la. grabpay wise get roughly 5% worth of points - can easily 'convert' to cash by paying bills in e-pay/elinking. if phone RM6K, 5% is RM300 + RM93 X 2 voucher. so not bad.

U can buy new phone everyday and logged in ur grab acc with ur new phone

The problem arise when u did not buy new phone and u logged in 2 grab acc on the same phone.

Or u buy new phone and logged in 2 grab acc with it

I think u can have 1 grab account linked to 168 phones (i think everytime u logged in into new phone, the old one gets logged out) but u cant have 2 accounts linked to one phone....Gggggg
