no. but previously from 4/4-22/4, i've been using my colleague/siblings grabpay to pay everyday using same e-pay acc.

today i try again, cannot. will try using new e-pay account tomorrow.

Anyone actually still getting 10% off 23 april onwards (extension of the campaign)

Coz even with brand new grabpay account/friend that never use grabpay in like 1 year, i still cant get 10% off. Jason’s not my name

anyone using Parallel Space/ Second Space / Dual Apps with Grab?

I asked the CS why my new number cannot get 10% disc, CS said both number are registered under same device, hence, only 1 account will enjoy the benefit.

However, even I'm using second space, Grab still detect as one device. Hurm, i thought it would register as 2 seperate device.

but isnt second space/paralel space/dual apps suppose to work? like boost

i dont see how you can pay using grabpay without topping up ur grab wallet first.

Basically the same thing happened to me. I DM the CS, they say please take screenshot of the error.

Then i say how the fcuk can i take screenshot of no error at all.

Ask me do screen recording when make next payment. So cb. If they just forward it to it dept, they have the dummy code to reperform based on my steps to identify the error. But malas. Somemore now scanning merchant code is limited, now almost everywhere integrate it with their POS system.

I plan to claim from grab.

Mcd at my office now accept grabpay. No issue so far. Pay at kiosk. Cashier noob as they always say ‘no grabpay’

Even verified also cannot. The code can no longer be used on e-pay. It shows not valid for selected merchant. And they have removed epay from the list of eligible online merchant

Topup grab use SC no more RM10 voucher as at 1am today. So fast finish this month, last month last till 7th/8th
