i completed mine on 3 june 12am. today morning around 8am can see for 1 account with the lvl 2 already. but cant see my other acc.

who knows grab now smart, same grab card wont entitle for multiple acc. ahahaha

completed maybank challenge lvl 1 on 3 june. till today still cant see lvl 2 grab x maybank challenge. call call centre on 6 june, they say allow 2 working days for their team to investigate. am i the only one with this issue?

I got banned too. Same. High frequency of transaction trying to take advantage of ‘campaign/promotions/etc’. This the behaviour is strictly prohibited.

Then go ban the other 400 ppl who completed the tier 3 challenge.

Ya 1/3 account reactivated. I tell then it’s their points campaign. Everyone will do 25 transactions in order to achieve it.

‘I believe there are 400 people completed the transaction on the same day, so make sure u investigate them as well’.

If you feel 25 transactions is suspicious, the next time you launch a campaign make sure your marketing team include in the TnC that each day only 1 transaction each day will be counted towards the goal, hence, people will only do 1 transaction per day and not perform 25 transactions one go, hence causing grab to block my account, having u to work extra investigating me, and me spending time replying to your email.

‘Perodua service kuching’ doesnt even accept wave.

I told them if waive above RM250 also will require me to input pin.

They say cant. Coz their policy is must use pin. Then i say above rm250 will ask for pin, they will say must use pin method. Noob staff.

Ops my bad. Yes still 3x.

I’ve used vouchers to deduct my 1k payment, hence why im getting 2.xk points instead of 3k points

Points converted into the online voucher rm10/30/50 not counted in daily transaction limit (so perhaps not counted for annual as well)

Ive tested yesterday.

Total payment via grabpay is rm149X, but ive used 2x rm50 voucher.
