They wont bank in the amount. They will just refund back to your credit card.

Not sure why the person so hard to get refund. I usually req for refund said i no longer need the money in as when i make payment my phone died. So unable to utilise the amount. They will refund back the money to the credit card within 15 working days.

Of course the above not the real reason. Why i ask refund is whenever i try SCB RM10 campaign topup RM100 but if no more reward then ill req for refund.

I did this twice. Last month n this month. So far no problem.

Last month different acc. This month diff acc. Multiple grab acc too.

if they refund to bank acc. yes. but now they refund back to CC. u wont gain cashback on that transaction too. and there's no game. you only have one window to ask for refund, i.e. for SCB cashback, hsbc etc.and not everyone will do it as only a few will.

if u said u topup fail, then they will try investigate why the topup fail. etc etc.

just now like, u cant put rm20 topup amount even u select cards option, u have to click intended credit card to topup then u can enter rm20.

reported this yesterday and they say they will investigate ask for video recording etc, they just trying to solve ur issue. just say ask for refund due no no usage in future. done. no question asked. - but self solved before they even come out with the solution. they just working there without experiencing the apps first hand. just like u working in huawei store, but the working is using iphone.

tried with my colleague phone, android, buying ewallet has no grabpay option.

why dont u buy ewallet? i've paid a lot. hopefully the seller didnt cancel or i could end up with rm1k++ in my grabpay

By any chance u know any other motor insurance offers grabpay as payment method? Mine expiring in 3 weeks.

Been using takaful malaysia these past 6 years as they offer cashback if no claim. Cant remember how much the cashback but i think around rm40

Yup my car 6 years dy. so 55% ncd. Plus normal car only.

Just that with maybank cc grab. Using grab is quite attractive now. Plus the points is only a few days to be reflected (no need to wait for statement)
