Try again just now, 3 of my grab accounts all get 1500points using same MasterCard.

didn't know there is something like top up get free points
so I googled and topup RM30 with Mastercard and just got the points
So shouldn't been depleted

If you've registered MasterCard in your Grab app before then you're no longer eligible for the bonus points.

have questions for few scenario:
1) registered MasterCard "A" before, if now register and top up using MasterCard "B", will get the bonus points?
2) if registered MasterCard "A" in GrabPay account A before, now register MasterCard "A" in GrabPay account B and top up, will get bonus points for GrabPay account B?
3) if registered MasterCard "A" in GrabPay account A before, now register MasterCard "A" in GrabPay account B & C and top up, will get bonus points for GrabPay account B & C as well?

Applicable only for first time Mastercard® top-up user.
But I have topup using the MasterCard ‘A’ few months ago and using the MasterCard ‘B’ topup last weeks but still can get 1500points yesterday using MasterCard ‘B’. And using MasterCard ‘B’ topup in another grab account also get 1500points.

If we use the cc top up or whatever which show that our point is over 1500 ... does it mean we should be a gold level member correct ? Or it is not ? cause my account still show that i am under the Silver level which from the chart below silver should be more than 200 and less than 900 ??

This mastercard topup bonus points will not affect your member tier. You need to earn 200points on grab rides or grabpay merchants to upgrade to silver tier.

On phone or PC? I had this problem on iPhone a few weeks ago. Then it was fixed. Have not tried recently.

On Android phone. Using the web browser on laptop works

Same experience I had on iPhone. Browser on MacBook no problem. I thought they fixed it. Looks like it's happening again.
