I don't think it's caused by limits.

Sometimes I did do multiple small top ups in a day.

Some top up will get triggered for OTP/TAC. Eventually failed.

P/S: Not referring to Maybank nor Maybank x Grab card(s).

Seems like they reduce the points.

Last 2 months used to be 7000/3500 points.
