Value in wallet cannot exceed 1.5k. I do reload RM 1k at once for few times already, no issue so far.

Facing similar issue on some accounts, not all

Nothing to do with wallet size, it has been happening lately to selected accounts

Some of the affected accounts even RM 50 also cannot

Is all this Top up problems happened to BP only? I top up using other CC (eg AEON) Ok even upto RM1K.. but BP sometime can sometime cannot.. today even RM50 also cannot..

Just use same HSBC CC to up, hopefully by now still can get the additional 1K points.. smile.gif

Hi guys, so apparently we can claim the lounge pass in the Grab rewards catalouge in 1 day. My concern is, has anyone tried to use 1 account with multiple lounge voucher and enter PPL?

For instance, my account I claim 2 vouchers. Assuming me and my partner wish to enter the lounge, can I immediately use the 2 vouchers or each voucher is capped maybe within 24hrs?

I am not sure if you can redeem for 2 pax, but RM80 for PPL access, I will not opt for it.

U can.

But please take note and read tnc.

It is not free. It is still payable in case you missed out the written tnc 😂

And yes. U can redeem multiples. No issues. Janji u willing to pay. It’s good for claims got actual receipt shows higher charges.

Yeap, I know I have to pay. I've went and used it before. xD It's just that I've just started working and my income isn't there yet. So this is my cheapest option.
