If they swipe BL then you’re definitely getting the points.

I’ve been paying with grabpay as well for august and September so far and only august points are reflected which are all in.

Usually fuel up once or twice a month only so can clearly see those transactions record when they emailed the statement.

Another way is check your receipt on the spot. BL member is always indicated on the receipt.

Grabpay is just a payment so no reason they don’t give BL points
