QUOTE(zaqre @ Jan 15 2020, 05:41 PM) nope, you can submit all but only the eWallet that received RM30 will give you rewards go read the t&c from each eWallet provider unless you are not eligible for RM30, then you might get rewards from all eWallet provider Sorry I don't understand. I am not eligible. Can still get the rewards?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 15 2020, 10:38 AM) Is there any issue registering for e-tunai? I have two colleagues who failed to load the page. My son did his around 2pm and got the RM30 around 3pm. This is after Boost says he was not eligible. Got a few rewards.

Without rider nearby, got partnered shops also useless.

QUOTE(soonwai @ Jan 16 2020, 03:41 PM) Must need input from actual food rider. When raining and I'm hungry, I'm always in a dilemma whether I should order or not. In the end, I don't but I feel it's not fair to the riders who don't mind the rain. I will never order during raining day. unless, the time i order no rain after order successfully then only rain come then no choice.

This is the option to choose, if it is available. Also, profanity is not allowed here regardless of what languages, there are other better ways to voice out your opinions.

RM 26.39 (without service tax. ) how to say it is same price with the shop?

TBH it also took me a while just now to find the available ones

Getting Started

|
I'm considering using GrapPay after Boost's disturbingly lack of interest in solving the numerous problems with their payment systems. e.g. money deducted from account even though merchant failed to receive payment.
Any serious problems with GrabPay recently? Boost's facebook comment section is filled with horror stories... and it's been going on for maybe two months already, iirc.

For me, grabpay all the way and only use Boost/Fave if merchant doesn't support it. Boost app application interaction has been pretty slow and for fave - frequent timeouts that I always encounter.

Anybody telling you otherwise is just too sensitive to begin with. Having said that, you can run into very minor issues. I've has issues with grab regarding grab rewards and rebates being offered when transacting online. But they're really minor and has already been resolved. In short, nothing is 100% problem-free. You just have to know and act on your rights as a consumer.

Of course, promos and cashbacks dictate which I use. Very few problems with Grab but I also use it the least. One problem I remember was a RM5 DiGi Prepaid reward that didn't give me 5 days validity. It only gave me validity to 11:59pm of the day I claimed it. Was never solved. CS wasn't much help but at least you can call and talk to someone. As for eTunai, their system was real smooth. My son's application with Boost was rejected due to not-of-age but he's 21 so applied again with Grab and got the eTunai in an hour and that was during the peak, yesterday. TnG is still processing. LOL.
