For me, grabpay all the way and only use Boost/Fave if merchant doesn't support it. Boost app application interaction has been pretty slow and for fave - frequent timeouts that I always encounter.

Hmm this platinum gift is not for all platinum tier holders? Didn’t get it..

Some CS are just dumb, or uninformed about what they have to do. I had a scenario where my Grabfood order went bad (food was bad), complained and refunded. However, they did not refund my Grabfood voucher that I applied in the order. One CS said it's not refundable and cannot be reinstated. Didn't waste my time, wait for 1 hour or two to connect with another CS via email, refunded immediately.

Yep, inadequate training and uninformed policy, the overall refund should be automated without CS intervention. I hope they'll improve for this sort of issue.

Thanks for the info! Considering a total of RM400 needed, it won't be necessary to those who have MBB Grab (RM400 * 5 = 2000 points), will be useful to non-MBB Grab card users.

yeah getting worse...but good also, no more pressure from collecting points if the redemptions are sucky haha

For me, not so worth it so far, only Jaya Grocer RM10 for 1,000 points...but that's only useful if you shop your groceries there..

Also Watson's, not that bad but they jack up the price as well lol

My personal take on this - Zalora, useful for non-sale items.
