I top up at 1/1/2020 12:25am, and gets 1kx2 = 2k points. Maybe I am platinum rewards, gets 2x point.

I am also platinum, this grab really speechless. Afterwards I raise another ticket , see how they answer ?

No for grab u can't be too late too..my experience last month is by after 2am the 1k grab points is also fully depleted unless there is system problem like in month of Nov afternoon still have. Don't know how about tnG last how long since the cb is not credited instantly.

Nope. Last month still had in the morning (after 2.00 a.m.) if I recall correctly, just that probably your time had system glitch which is quite common for GrabPay.

Walaue.. Means they makan my points again..I thought I am late coz I also stuck with the same problem unable to top up with my saved HSBC card.

So, in short no need to rush like TnG e-wallet. GrabPay system also kinda messed up, sometimes OK, sometimes no based on luck.

Until today they have not solved my November's 1k point, which i reloaded on 1/11 at 12.15AM, despite numerous email inquiries Always said will follow and looking into it.

My ticket got closed a long time ago.
later in the day on 1/11, i just top up RM50, got 1k points and forget it.

Well, I kinda gave up on them too when it happened in Oct. So just reloaded again and got 1k points.

Anybody receive this in their Grab inbox? Tried clicking the 'UPGRADE WALLET NOW' button but it just states that my wallet has already been upgraded.. Can't find this feature anywhere inside the app
