Dunno why got a feeling that they will just keep on extending to encourage spending using GrabPay

It's really not surprising in fact I've expected them to do so, else it's rather useless without promo already.

For food and ride, there's no concern because even with zero points, at least still earn from CC and you can't use other e-wallet, so no alternative, as long as you want to use from Grab on these two, then regardless Grab award points or not it doesn't matter.

But for in-store and online etc, I'll definitely not use Grab if 3x points, compared to previous in-store was 20x. Without promo, other e-wallet or even pay with CC is so much better than Grab.

Grab definitely realised this, until they manage to find some better solution to stay in the competition, I still don't see they reduce to 3x

Has anyone tried using the GRABHUATEVER to buy stuff on prestomall ?? It shows code invalid - Seems like fully redeemed? Or itโ€™s just an error from their end?

Not better than MBB 2 cards premier if we're considering 3x Grab Points only, unless you're paying for those restricted transactions which earn less points under the MBB card.

Unfortunately my salary does not allow me to get a MBB 2 cards premier. actually i was thinking for a M40 fresh graduate they should be getting CB from CC and e-wallet rather than kris flyer since krisflyer have expired limit.

I think grabpay would change their points system near future since his competitor is getting more aggresive in promoting their E-wallet

what are you talking about?

there might be some people out there who choose Grab over other ride-hailing apps and food delivery apps just because of they are chasing for Grab reward pts.

Finally after threatening Grab, I will complain to BNM since GrabPay is regulated by BNM, they replied my messages and called me. Earlier, they only replied once right after I sent them regarding this dispute asking for my email and device model. Then, no more response despite I followed up every single day.

To keep this story short, I didn't get this 1k points because I paid straight from HSBC card as my earlier saved HSBC card was declined. So that's my story, it has to be topped up from a saved HSBC card. If only that night had no issue... Sigh.

The funny things was even I top up from a saved HSBC card and I think I am the first ppl to do that also didn't received the 1k points because my transactions show 1/1/2020 12am.Luckily after I raise a ticket through the apps , they add in the 1K points.

What I learnt from GrabPay is don't need to rush to reload because 1k points are available for days, focus on TnG e-wallet first and after surely we will have users to report here they got the points only reload. That's what I did but unfortunately this time failed.

It's 2k points for this month apparently. So they only credited 1k to you? Oops.
