yes, contacted Grab support and told that GrabPay have issue with card top up for 2 days already, but now back to normal already.

I was able to top up around 3pm just now.
Should be back to normal.

Just in case anyone is wondering. Orders made with Grab's 11street RM20 (Min RM21) voucher from their latest promo, requires payment to be made via Grabpay.

If nothing to buy, just grab a RM30 petrol voucher for RM9.

Yeah, I saw that too. That was the Payday Bonanza RM10. But the TnC I recall was min RM288. Maybe a different code.

So use grabpay to buy 4x rm29 evoucher@11street to get rm8 CB and a rm20 coupon. Then use the rm20 coupon to buy 1x rm29 evoucher?
Promotion is ending and limited to the first 100,000 redemptions, seems to be a bit risky. Anyway TQVM.

The above figure is the fix amount u can redeem, before u order there is promo code, click on it then u will see rewards, choose the figure as i mentioned above.

Any of you can help me to understand why grab car payment using grab pay is like Rm 5 cheaper than cash?
Is this for the first time use or everytime also the same?

I think is for the first and 2nd (or maybe 3rd) time.
I was attracted by that at first also, but now they are always the same price in my case.

Is to encourage new user to use their GrabPay ewallet platform.
After few rides, the promo will no longer be there. And price for using GrabPay payment and cash will be the same.
But then again, GrabPay will earn higher reward points. And also definitely easier method to pay. No need to pass cash to the driver, wait for balance, etc. Save up all the hassle.
