dunno why Grab suspend one of my family member account...

have not use the GrabPay for many months... only once a while use it to call Grab car to KLIA.

Do you login the account on more than 1 phone?
There is no customer service number unfortunately. You have to email them through the help centre or contact them using social media like FB or X. And Grab will close your case if they do not receive any response from you within 2 to 3 days.
For suspended account, it took long time to resolve. A friend of mine gave up after months of trying to get back his account. Have to just buy a new number to register Grab.

Nope. Never login other account before in the phone.

Problem is inside still got money and they just suspend like that.

Try contacting them on X or FB, provide all proof and also chronology of the case.

If use grabpay to make QR payment, if balance 0, default link card is say HSBS Amanah cc, will there be a 1% fee.
Cc txn will be under which grab description?
Or it only works with grabpay balance?

2 steps process. Same as top up with cc first, then deduct from grabpay balance.

So kena 1% fee?

All cc top up will kena 1% except Maybank Grab Mastercard cc.

I managed to get RM 50 every months with RM 850 reload. And most of it spend at Lotus's for groceries and Duitnow QR at mamak or restaurant. I spend only about RM 250 a month for petrol at Petronas

Is it just me as it seems like I've been getting many Grab related notifications in the recent month?

Probably just you. Didn't get any, coz I disabled Notification for Grab and many other apps.

They need ads and your 1% credit card con fee to continue operating. Otherwise they'll close shop.
