Today first time encountered screen not responsive on my XR, and screen wouldn't turn off.. anyone got this issue before? Didn't manage to take a video

Plug into power doesn't help too I just left it as it is until display shut down . Than only I could switched off and restart phone My first time facing this on iphone |

My Supcase UB Sytle have arrived. One of the best casing for now. Consider on par with Spigen UH. But i love Supcase better as it is more rounder curve and smooth. No holes behind the case too hence no dust accumulate like Spigen UH.
