No, it’s not. But fix it at an authorised Apple service centre and your existing warranty won’t be void.

If you’re planning to use it with an adapter there are plenty of choices. Not sure if using an adapter messes up the volume control and call functions though. I have a Beats one with lightning connector but it’s so so only, and slightly above 200.

I dunno which charger comes with the MacBook 12 bro, but the one that came with the iPad Pro is this one.

With the original Apple USB C to lightning cable it takes about an hour or so to go from around 40-50% on my iPhone XR to 100%.

Yeah, you can probably replace the back glass outside for cheap after the warranty has expired.
