Oh my god... i just realize my phone got a big defect on the screen.. i just had time to peel off the plastic at shop to apply the tempred glass.. and discovered this... what should i do.
Its like the coating itself had been damaged and dunno why..

edited : Had a chat with Apple advisor from apple.com .. was told that definitely the manufacturing defect (oliophobic coating issue) and entitled for an exchanged... will update again tomorrow after bring it to the service centre.. finger cross.

If you make an appointment with them and bring it to them in the morning, I think you should be able to get it back in 2-3 hours.

Don’t know what they release in September but I think there will definitely be a follow-up to the XR. I’ve used the XS Max and am now using the XR. For me personally, the XS Max price isn’t justified. The XR is more than sufficient.
Ya, the service centre will replace it, shouldn’t be an issue.

last time I exchange at the gardens, around 3hours+. I pass it to them around 10+am something, if latter maybe will take longer time.
