hi guys, its me again and yes, its that time of the year where the CELgames is back to put some life into your, err, gaming life. this time though its a bit earlier i know.

official games this year is almost same as last year except that we've added C&C 3 and replaced BF2 with BF2142.

all details will soon be up at www.celgames.com.my. please bear with us because i know the website is incomplete but i promised that we'll get it completed this week asap.

getting back to the games, C&C 3 should be cool. it's the CELgames' first competition RTS game and this should be fun. Since the WCG will also be featuring C&C 3 in its lineup, the CELgames is a great opportunity to put your leet strats and micro skills to the test before the big one in Sept.

next up we have BF2142. I said last year that the CELgames will support the local BF community and this year we've decided to opt for BF2142 instead.

for all interested BF 2142 teams, please be reminded that tentatively, all BF2142 matches (including semis and finals) will take place at Blaze City, Uptown Damansara.

Another important announcement is after various feedback, we decided that this time around, the BF2142 will be for Malaysians only.

The same goes for the other games as well. Malaysians only!

What about the confirmation of the dates for the BF2142 matches for CEL? Still same format as last year in LYP?

Thurtin, I noticed that there were only 6 Cyber Cafe's hosting Prelims, so I was wondering would the format be the same like the past year's CelGames Grand Finals Event where it was a last 16 knock-out round? If it is, can you kindly explain on how the 16 slots would be distributed? If it isn't a last 16 knock-out round like before, can you explain how your COOL new system works then? Thanks....

About the venue Blaze City, it's in SS21 right? SS21 is Damansara Utama a.k.a Damansara Uptown, not Damansara Jaya stated in the site...I think.

An extension from bpwx question, if only champions qualified to LowYat finals, isn't that means only 8 players in the finals? Assume there will be a qualifier at LowYat as well.

Yes, but in this Celgame 07, for some reason, they only allow International, so don't even think of using Barcelona........ lolz, but can 2 ppl use same team, like Brazil vs Brazil etc

any chances the BF2142 @ BlazeCity postponed to 21st July ??? ...

I think it doesn't really matter if you have the ticket or not...just go to the cyber cafe you registered to and just tell them you have registered online...the most you can prove yourself is by showing your IC to them only

i guess rm 100 for gas
then rm 60 for toll (sg buluh to ipoh south)
tax 5% to whoever wants to donate to my good service rm 8 xD

so that makes rm 40 for a return trip and tax for whoever is generous enough
pickup point would be at terminal putra, putra lrt @ 7am 30th june

oh and i think if im not getting 3 peeps for the carpool im gonna cancel it

I didn't say they didn't contribute something back to the clan...for your info all fees are paid by the members themselves...but if we win in some tourneys we do contribute something to the clan as well
