hihi.. i plan to get 1 roborock for myself... i asked taobao seller about s50 model, they always dont recommend to buy outside than china and say wont connect...

i got my mijia app connect to china region for all my gateway and smart switch... can u help to confirm that roborock china version(s50) will work with mijia app china region in malaysia??

Maybe ask local sellers in Shopee. They may have “older” units that can work in China server
They know better. I do noticed that sellers at aliexpress now mostly all selling the global unit only. Maybe it’s possible that newer S50 won’t work outside China.
Maybe you can consider buying Mijia STYJ02YM instead. It’s cheaper and better than s50 I think but battery size is smaller only. It works in China server

What you mean in full?
S50 got two types - global and China
Very easy to tell. On the box, the label there if say CCC means China. If say CE means global. I saw some local sellers still got China ones but you ask first before buying if use China server got problems or not

condo single level should be more suitable than landed with multi stories
you can always buy those with one year warranty
plenty of newer models now like S5 Max.

The S5 Max has a big water tank (290ml) compared with S6 or S6 Pure. Please look at the comparison chart I posted before

I am planning to get the s5max or the s6 pure..i checked the diagram and diff is the water tank capacity diff, wick vs pump water dispense, the s5max has shorter run time and most importantly the s5max has the capability to return back to charge automatically..also the s5max is a little bit more expensive, does this mean the s5max is better?

all can charge and resume automatically.
s5 max is better imho than s6 pure if mopping is important for you
Do the Max have shorter run time? Where you read? I remember they are the same

You might want to consider the S6 maxv- quite impressive

I saw your post too late, I already placed an order for the S5 Max already
But I would think the S5 Max is good enough for my requirements..How much is the s6 maxv selling in msia? Can't seem to find it on online platforms
