Even PNB118 now dead, can't even fight TRX in finding the tenants because of delay.

Heard also the PNB118 contractors (UEM and Samsung C&T) making hundred of millions loss due to the delay. PNB no extra money to give them.

Agree. Not only supplies are growing, demand also uncertain due to internet usage and some companies allowed staff to work from home. Except AliBaba, didn't heard any big companies coming to Malaysia. However for me, the biggest concern here is the ability of Naza to realised all the development plan.

PNB118 tower not for those under PNB & it's subsidiaries all over KV area huh

PNB staff only 1500.. For now, only staff currently in Menara PNB (PNB and it's subsidiaries like ASNB, Prolintas, CCM, bla2 confirm will move to PNB118). Others like UMW, Perodua not sure.

I don't think Maybank will move to PNB118 because they already have their own tower.

As for now, The Exhange 106 Tower winning in term of getting tenants to fill the tower.

How can you compare?
Trx is opening this yr and last count the confirmed tenants like still under 50%.

Pnb only siap in 2025.....why need to confirm tenants now?
