This project is good for rental yield. Can get up to RM3-4K monthly rental. But for Capital Appreciation, not really.. As high dense, htc, ktm noise, highway noise, graveyard.
It is great location, KL metropolis will be there, together with gaveyard, htc, highway will be there forever. |

650psf got graveyard, htc, highway noise, ktm annoying noise.. people still BBB ?? Still a lot MRT project without htc, highway noise but 450psf..
So, ask ourselves.. is something better out there ? |
