So it seems that Solasta group bulk purchase is not at 600 per sqft but instead is at 700 per sqft. If according to this video here.

Imagine KL Metropolis fail, and high dense condo next to graveyard, htc and all bad things combined. Is it gonna appreciate much ?

Savio and Era are located in Jalan Segambut. You can built 10 bridges to cross into Dutamas but the address is still Jalan Segambut. This is big different.

2 bedroom unit is the smallest size unit here.

Not because is the middle choice (taking 1 bedroom - 3 bedroom) as per your remark.
