just been on-site, personally, felt that the development had slowed down drastically. Anyone knows why? The Era is only up to level 8 (Tower A) while Riana Dutamas surge vertically..

Old question, anyone can share their distance between the era to incoming mrt station ? those SA mention *600m* .. is this can be trust ?

The upcoming MRT station is along Jalan Ipoh, nearest should be the one near Kompleks Mutiara. Not walking distance I am pretty sure. |

Anyway, that's just my observation in comparison to Riana Dutamas regardless of the purpose of the designated legels. Comparing both projects which had been launched around the same time, somehow The Era's progress had slowed. any sign of concern? |

Previously the nearest was MRT3 station at KL Metropolis but that line was on hold until further notice. |
