Qoo10 CS is a legend I would say. I have trouble making payment earlier on Qoo10 and decided to give them a call and the CS blamed the issue to a third party and too bad I proved them wrong immediately because I am working in a payment related company and the same CS can instantly blame the same issue to another third party.
If I am to compare it to Boost CS, I would say the CS is still okay-ish to me just that they don't follow up closely on the case we raised to them

1) Grab
Me: Hi I received notification of RM 5 off (auto deducted, no code required) for Grab ride
Grab: Please prove to us you received the offer
Me: Here you go
Grab: We're sorry for the mistake and inconvenience, we hereby offer you another code for your next ride
Me: You should reimburse the RM 5 to me instead of forcing me to take another ride
Grab: Again we apologise bla bla bla, but what we can do is to give you another offer code for the next ride
Me: I'll lodge a complaint for deceiving xxxx.....
No reply from Grab thereafter, keep ignoring me.
2) Amazon
a) Ordered about RM 1.5k worth of books, didn't arrive after 1 month. Feedback to Amazon, straight refund to me, no questions asked. 1 week later, books arrived.
b) Bought 2 items, shipped to 3rd party warehouse in US. Item A received at warehouse, but unable to ship to Malaysia due to restrictive item. Item B warehouse claim didn't receive.
Amazon record both items successfully shipped. In fact, for benefit of doubts, they only need to refund item B, as item A not their fault also. But Amazon refund both items, and told me I can keep item A.
How to not impress with such customer service
