Yes Boost customer service is terrible, but so far, the worst I encountered is Grab. Already few encounters with them, nobody can get worst than that

1) Grab
Me: Hi I received notification of RM 5 off (auto deducted, no code required) for Grab ride
Grab: Please prove to us you received the offer
Me: Here you go
Grab: We're sorry for the mistake and inconvenience, we hereby offer you another code for your next ride
Me: You should reimburse the RM 5 to me instead of forcing me to take another ride
Grab: Again we apologise bla bla bla, but what we can do is to give you another offer code for the next ride
Me: I'll lodge a complaint for deceiving xxxx.....

No reply from Grab thereafter, keep ignoring me.

2) Amazon
a) Ordered about RM 1.5k worth of books, didn't arrive after 1 month. Feedback to Amazon, straight refund to me, no questions asked. 1 week later, books arrived.

b) Bought 2 items, shipped to 3rd party warehouse in US. Item A received at warehouse, but unable to ship to Malaysia due to restrictive item. Item B warehouse claim didn't receive.

Amazon record both items successfully shipped. In fact, for benefit of doubts, they only need to refund item B, as item A not their fault also. But Amazon refund both items, and told me I can keep item A.

How to not impress with such customer service

Amazon has shipped to my designated 3rd party warehouse/logistic company, also in US. But I was informed by the logistic company this item is prohibited to ship to Malaysia.

Amazon didn't demand that I return this item. To them doesn't matter how I ship it back or if I unable to ship. They just said I can keep it, no need return to them.

My mistake not directly referring to this actually, just a very general statement on anything which impact Maybank. For this one yeah nothing to do with Maybank.

Stupid Boost spend RM 100 get RM 8 promo, didn't get it, same old story, contacted the most stupid and useless customer service. Asked me print screen, then asked me to show what promo is that etc. Provided everything, then don't want to reply, keep closing my case, I keep posting something and case turned to open, then they close it again and again.

I'm doubtful anyone reliable we can refer to, even to their higher management. Their spending hundreds of millions on this yet getting the shittest employee to run the show. Probably your best bet is to go to relevant gov authority to lodge a complaint, but is it worth your time?

Sometimes it's not about the few ringgit, but launching a promotion yet refusing to honour the CB is outright cheating. Yet all the promo shouts that CB will be awarded the next working day but most customers have to beg, prove, keep messaging, for days, weeks, and nothing happened.

Just wonder if we should really take some actions, else it's so easy for them to be let off the hook.

Haha I learnt a lesson from Boost already, I'll not spend a single dollar extra or my time to participate in any sort of promo. They still keep launching promo yet refused to give CB as promised. So just spend normally, then you'll not be that angry. If even normal shake also started to have issues, then simple, stop using Boost until they sort out all these mess

Asking is ok, but worst is after providing the necessary, they keep quiet/ignore you.
Everyday I send them a new message, and everyday they just close my message lol. I keep sending, they keep closing, without wanting to answer my question why they're not honouring the CB
