Nope. it's not phone number. My issue is the phone used, not the phone number used. My relative took over my phone (i bought new one) and tried to register a boost account. Error message says phone has been used to register many accounts.

Checked with CS, they say one phone one account. If the same phone register too many accounts, phone will be blocked from registering further accounts.

But I only register one account using that phone. Now cannot liao.

I just make a transaction (>RM15) using Boost login way, but the mission "Scan & Pay for 3 times" progress is no update. It looks like using login does not count for Scan & Pay in this case

Why not use BP to withdraw cash, RM6 charge for RM3000, ie 0.2%?

Why not use M2 Amex to top up Boost, RM3000 you get 15000 Treatpoints worth RM15 (1%)?

You can always use e-money transfer to other Boost accounts. You shall use your CC on your own Premium Boost account.

I wanted to register my  mobile for BOOST last week, it said my mobile number already registered!

Surprised, i put forgot password,reset it then ok ,i could register

Have been just starting to load the Wallet and then suddenly i realised transaction
history showed records  before i started end of May 2019

See attached screenshots, somebody by the name Sxxxxx has been using my number for BOOST before? in Sept 2017?
the oldest record is at bottom right?
can see below July is Sept.. but all small amount transactions only

WHile waiting for CS reply, would appreciate comments, is my  Boost wallet safe or not like that...
Looking at the transactions history, i saw there were 9 records before my usage

when i  reset PW, i did not realise got old email there. I just keyed in my info  like new registrant, dont remember seeing any old email there

That old account if it was a  premium BOOST Wallet, that means new user cant register IC with it? I just  put my IC in , approval is pending,
hopefully BOOST allow me the real owner to use....
