I did bank transfer on Thursday(10/10), and money receive on Friday (11/10). Today (13/10 - Sunday) I try to make bank transfer again and it shows error.

Can't remember the exact words, but it sounds like 'we are still processing your previous transfer, kindly wait for the previous transfer to be settle bla bla bla'.

Did you include any attachment or proof when you report it? Or boost support was very fast to reply back stating will add to boost wallet in next 3 working days.

And i just receive email from citibank credit card RM500 boost redemption code.

If i key in the redemption code, will it credit RM500 to me?

How d I deactivate a Boost account? I tried to register my mom for the free e-tunai program but got a notification that the number has been used. My mom didn't remember registering so I just asked to reset the password thinking she just forgot. Turns out another person has registered using her current mobile number. She's been using the number for a year and definitely recycled.
