And I wouldn't be surprise if many of the cash back are not being sent to user if they don't complain. Also we can't confirm if they actually send out Tuesday shake reward to 3000 users as there is no way to verify it.

Screenshot is not the best way though, especially when it comes to finance matter.
Anyone can photoshop a screenshot. If they want to solely based on the screenshot to give cashback i think they will go bankrupt soon.

Instead they should hv verified using their own systems and check the transaction under this user. if so, screenshot is totally redundant and not necessary - again for financial matter.

if worst case they really cant check their system for these transactions, then i m ready to say good bye to Boost, i dont feel safe.

I agree fully. I actually tested out the scenario myself:

For Y00do RM10 cashback:
1. My acc didnt get cashback, after 2 days i raised a ticket and got my CB on 5th day.
2. My sis's acc didnt get cashback, i ask her not to raise ticket, until now 11 days no cashback wink.gif

So there u go, no complain = no cashback.
Conclusion - their system f* up and not running on auto-pilot now.

God knows how many other promo is the same case and how many people didnt raise their concern.

Sad to say it was me who praised them. That was back then they were really responsive. Now with all the promo they messed up. And my opinion has changed.

Also marketing and finance team is to be blamed for this
Whole chaos. They are the ones managing the campaign n cash back.

I considered myself the master of TnC reading rclxm9.gif , and having won quite a number of contests purely because of carefully reading the TnC and not getting disqualified. If you wanna be technical, they clearly broke 2 rules according to the TnC laid out below (expand the spoiler).

What actually happened: The IT team screw up big time. The QR code was supposed to be unique for the people that received it 1(a), it was not supposed to show the "SCAN QR" function for people in 1(b). they could not make it work and hence the delay in starting the game late on 21 Dec.

2. Game starting from 20 Dec onwards - well clearly due to the incompetence of the IT team and Marketing team for the reasons above, the game was delayed and they are forced to deploy the game anyway on 21 Dec to manage the noise that is getting louder from customers, Eventhough the game clearly did not abide by the TnC.

The best part was no announcement or acknowledgement of anything by the Marketing team on 20 Dec to inform the users on the delay while knowing the whole world is waiting to play the game.

So yes, the whole campaign is a big scam. Poorly executed. Didn't test properly beforehand.

PS: for those that like to comment/act on your impulsiveness, i suggest you to read 100 times here before you jump the gun on any members here. I am not sure if a few of you are too lazy to read what others are trying to say or you really cant read at all mega_shok.gif because you easily accused other members while the problem is really your comprehension.

Because everyone can join by scanning a random QR code, there is no "chance" or whatsoever about this. Everyone can join without looking for a friend to send you the gifts. Thats not so hard to understand isnt it?

We did not just "discovered it ourselves" about the QR scanning to activate game, it was advertised on their app on the first day this game started. We were trying to explain to you many times on the first day itself to no avail - my advice,read carefully next time (Check screenshot below)

So yes, the more you talk the more it seems like you are defending Boost by giving ridiculous excuses that are not based on reality and facts. We can't have a proper and constructive conversation because of that.

You are very smart my friend. Yes indeed this is the petty "sorry voucher" for those who spent RM100 from 10 to 19 Dec due to the unfair last min change of game mechanism where everyone was allowed to join.

Thanks to everyone on LYN who stand firm on your ground while boost broke their own TnC. Although RM4, 5 is nothing but at least we hold them accountable on the "scam".
