the fee deducted together with withdrawal amount. since your wallet can never hold >1500, the maximum amount deducted is 1498 (withdrawal) + 2 (fee)

shake reward seems to be better now

paid another rm60 to astro, shake rm2. earned mission rm2.
paid rm60 to unifi (mission), shake rm1.50
another rm60 to unifi (mission), shake rm1.50. earned mission rm2.

2 probable issues:

1) phone (browser) hang? try restart phone and do again.

2) the webview page is incompatible to your phone.
