How do i add my AMEX credit card into boost?
I just added my normal visa credit card and have no issues but when adding AMEX, it says it is unable to process and contact the bank.

Anyone had recent experience whereby CC charged but wallet not updated?

My online CC statement shows RM150 topup, but this is not reflected in my wallet (app hung halfway). Anyone experienced this before and does it auto get reversed or you have to chase and chase? I already wrote to CS but got standard unhelpful answer.

For my case right, received SMS from Maybank saying amount charged RM100, but BOOST wallet doesn’t captured. So I call up CS and he told me that amount is floating and ask me to call back 7 days later to confirm. So my question is, if BOOST somehow decide to claim it after, let’s say 5 days later, the amount will show transaction date as that day and posting date is 5 days later, right?

14 hours is a super long maintenance period
unusual even if compared to other financial system upgrades

that 14 hours usually should included extra hours as allowance if something goes wrong

by now the system still haven't go up means something has gone very very wrong during the upgrades

that's the thing, if it's a big migration like infra/backend migration
it should be done parallel to minimize the downtime

all of old data should be already mirrored to the new server before the cut off time, and should have ample time to perform any verification

anyway... what are they doing behind we don't know unless we are working inside, but it seems the apps is up, but now it's keep loading instead of the maintenance page

But Duitnow uses either your IC number or mobile number (you have to choose either one) that will be linked to your bank account to make transfers, so you don't have to purposely ask for the recipient's bank account number or vice versa...

I also noticed that Duitnow isn't gaining enough attention because I don't hear anyone talking about it nowadays, even my friends didn't know about it until I told them about it or maybe it's just on my side, but I think this should be used in our daily lives because it's really convenient. (getting out of topic here, but gotta spread it out)
