My online CC statement shows RM150 topup, but this is not reflected in my wallet (app hung halfway). Anyone experienced this before and does it auto get reversed or you have to chase and chase? I already wrote to CS but got standard unhelpful answer.
happened to me back in May. bigpay charged, boost app error. cs asked to wait 7 days so that it get auto-reversed, but blardy Boost went to claim the erroneous reload and settled it as "valid".
screwed them kawkaw for doing something inappropriate, cc to BNM for their behavior. after that, they investigated, verified issue from their end, then added the missing reload back to boost.
i dont mind to wait for auto-reversal after 7 days (transaction left unclaimed/unsettled by boost) but it seems they simply hantam the settlement without doing proper reconciliation, which is wrong.
imagine those poor users didnt check
