Hi, wish to ask for those who had experience soft ban
I tried sign out boost and delete boost apps for few days, unable to solve
I tried to lodge report to BNM for complaint and pressure to boost, unable to proceed too as boost reply they will explain to BNM
I tried to nego with boost, but they refuse that with clause under 2.6 , they have rights to reject any transaction
My last option is change credit card number, is it possible will enable my account to top up again?

It's stupid to lodge report to BNM for this kind of issue. You are totally lost (gain nothing) at the end.

Same credit card multiple account loh
So far Lodge to bnm for reason, and bnm wrote me an email cc to boost that boost have to official reply me the reason unable to use cc to top up boost
Boost pusing me here and there still not doing anything
Long story to explain if i need to, but giving me so much experience
If change credit card number can't solve my problem, then bye boost

Just to update info for some soft ban boost account, maybe change credit card number is one of the solution (im waiting new cards arrival and try)

I just again boost transactions :

1. pbb sub card -15Jul RM100X3 still missing
2. HLB card ---7Jul/15Jul RM100 x5 still missing

I just ask, i have 12 credit card, to top up multiple boost account (basic acc with my name)
What wrong i did
I asked to boost CS and BNM, they had nothing else to reply my question
Just keep focus on reply "Boost have right to reject transaction"

indeed that's true. but many have warned regarding using same card for multiple accounts previously.

Just call PBB --- although i dun see the boost transacrion in acc history . CS said it;s in July statement (not out yet)

HLB ---- out of office hour, CS cannot do anything . Except block card .
