To summaries, the limit RM4500 max can use on 3 different categories:

Spending on retails/purchases - limit RM4500
Boost transfer to another boost account - limit RM4500
Cash out via boost - limit RM4500

So, you can max out the boost spending max: RM13500.

* just ignore the RM1500, as he/she still got balance RM1500 account after spending on 3 above categories

anyone know how to check all the previous transaction and balance? the apps only show recent transaction only?

Since when Boost is having this regulation.

Previously I can transfer 2x RM1,497 to 2 different banks within the same day. But now I can't.

Just write them a normal email, attach your screenschot (highlight your purchases) saying that you spent on 8/2, time, what spending, provide your particulars ie name, phone # etc but have not gotten the cb yet, and wait for them to get back to you.

How to see previous month history? I scroll down my history list the oldest is 7 feb.

Try "Charity", donate 1 cent, you will see the msg if limit reached.

I am having the same issue.

I only spend RM500++ this month(but limit already reached), when try to pay sspn, error msg --> services unavailable.

When try to DONATE, the actual msg come out ---> LIMIT REACHED

CLEARLY boost got problem did not reset spending to 0 on my boost account.

When pay sspn by other boost account, went tru smoothly.
