grocery same as well. not only that, same denomination also can be used in same transaction. and i also notice rm2, 5, 10, 15 still exist after redeem once. i dont know is this something new, or we misunderstood, or system glitch,  however my experience tell me boost is not that consistent wrt rewards.

If i redeem RM10 + RM20 prepaid wallet and spend on RM30 on prepaid. Will it deduct one of the prepaid wallet or both (10+20) will get utilize? thanks

Hi, anyone try before redeem eg Rm15 postpaid wallet, but pay less than RM15 eg. pay RM5 only. Will the RM15 consumed or it will left with RM10 in your partner wallet?

Sorry, u r right, RM10. I was confused with RM15 grab voucher with rm100 scb reload.
I'm using my family member account to pay, getting consistent 0.11x coin reward.
Let me try with 2nd & 3rd acct. I would feel like this ratio is apply for certain account only.

Need help with some issues.

1) I purchased $10 Tesco wallet with 100 coins (you will get the $10 Tesco if spend at least $100). I spent more than $100

2) Joined mission spend $50*2 at Tesco and get $13. Spent that amount also.

3) Got a $5 Tesco wallet (no minimum spending required)

Well, I spent as above. Problem is in my transactions list, I don't see I received $10, $13 or $5. The $ amount deducted in transaction list is exactly my expenditure. For the $50*2 mission to get $13, I actually clicked on collect reward but don't see the $13 either in transaction list.

The Tesco wallet is also missing the $10 and $5 now

Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot of my wallet balance before I spent in Tesco but I'm pretty sure that at least if not all the $ I'm entitled to I did not receive.

a) Question is will this $10, $13 and $5 appear in my transaction list?

b) How do we know that we actually receive the $ if its not shown in the transaction list

anyone their account reverted back to normal? previously 100++coins for rm1k on sspn. now get 1k/2k coins for rm999 x 5.

october i use full sspn. nov i use opus. dec try sspn get at least 1x coins.

Just check if your Boost acct IC number is matching with your SSPN acct no?

So my other acct trying to pay SSPN under my name & IC will get 110 coins.

Using my own Boost to pay own SSPN, will get fix 1157.6, no more no less.

Anyone at level 5 receive only 100 coins for RM1000 bill payment? Contacted the customer service at facebook they said its normal with randomised rate "UP TO" 8 times only.

Made few transactions all only 10% of full amount paid (eg. rm500 get 60 coins)

Today is the 11th working days since I redeemed Boost coins for BL points but it is still not credited, what about u guys?

I redeemed 3 times on 1st March and 7 times on 2nd March.
Saw 7 transactions credited in my Bonuslink few days ago, meaning those 3 times that redeemed on 1st March is not reflected yet. 

Total 27x BL redemption all reflected

seem like Boost has unmarked SSPN , deposit 1k can get this
