QUOTE(uchitech008 @ Jun 18 2020, 10:29 PM) Just want to confirm the annual spending limit. Before that, i was unverified premium user and spent almost 4.5k each month and did some p2p.Now this account has been categorised to basic account and customer service stated that my basic account has spent more than 25k up to date. Just tried to make bill payment few hundred and was successful. Afraid to top up later say reach limit. Anybody successfully use boost even customer service confirmed u have reached max of your annual limit? I confirmed my previous unverified premium hit the yearly limit. Can't spend anymore. Some money get stuck until next year. 😥 This post has been edited by ktyong123: Jun 19 2020, 10:25 AM

QUOTE(MNet @ Jun 28 2020, 08:07 PM) The voucher is much more worth than redeem cash Its good move to abolish the coin - cash redemption if there are two options available at the same time with same coins, who still want to choose Lazada voucher over Cash? QUOTE(sl3ge @ Jul 10 2020, 06:37 PM) Anyone use the Petrol wallet already, Wish to know how does it work. I got RM25 total in petrol wallet, can i just go shell counter say pump RM25? and it will auto use up the RM25 in petrol wallet OR my boost money? Yes just tell the cashier you want to buy Rm25 petrol. If you worry they deduct your boost money, just empty it b4 u pump. Even you already hit your monthly limit of either rm4999 or rm2000, it will go through too.

QUOTE(xeon1989 @ Jul 14 2020, 02:57 AM) The prepaid wallet seems less attractive compared with Cash redemption. Why ppl still spending coin on prepaid wallet? IMO might as well just wait for cash to replenish. Boost coin is depreciating from time to time. So ppl rush to convert them to cash in any forms.

All the saved SSPN-i bill payment accounts have been removed. Need to key in once again!
The first thing to key in is NRIC not the usual SSPN-i Account number. And then let us choose the SSPN-i account number

QUOTE(snowswc @ Jul 14 2020, 07:23 PM) I Have just tested, the postpaid credit should work for all “bill payment” services. E.g. unifi, umobile and etc. Prepaid no idea already, should be prepaid mobile top up i guess. I tried to pay Rm25 to unifi also can not, although I have Rm25 credit in my postpaid wallet and only rm0.25 in my boost wallet, it will show low balance and ask me to top up my boost wallet first!?
