Basic account can not do Duitnow QR transfer to other Bank or eWallet account already?

I just paid TNB for RM10 in app, but it no give out a shake chance for me.
I tried paid Allo bill online using Duitnow QR for RM10 also can't get it. Anyone has noticed the shake reward rule changes? |
