If you are using Android, you can change the system language to English and restart the app and try again. See can solve the problem or not.

I transferred RM100 from a Premium account to a Basic account
The Basic account's Online Banking/Debit Card Balance: RM100.00

I transferred another RM200 from a Premium account to a Basic account
The Basic account's Online Banking/Debit Card Balance: RM300.00

I transferred another RM300 from a Premium account to a Basic account
The Basic account's Online Banking/Debit Card Balance: RM600.00

I transferred another RM400 from a Premium account to a Basic account
Suddenly The Basic account's Online Banking/Debit Card Balance: RM406.60

What is the logic behind this? Anyone know?

For Pay with coin, the rate is even worse, it is fixed at 170 coins/Rm1.

And max you can redeem is rm5 (850 coins) per transaction.

I tried to use at tf on 4/9, I have 32.45 in my boost wallet together with this Unionpay partner wallet rm20 in my account. My bill total amount is rm52.45, the transaction keep failing, the supervisor say I must have enough fund in boost wallet first then the transaction will go through, I don't believe her, at the end I left the goods at counter and leave.
