1. Called to ask PB VS for RM25 SST offset. Initially the CS say no offset as it's pay to gov, then I mention the last time (didn't quote lyn) there was CS inform me can offset with certain conditions. He check with manager, offer me to spend RM500 within 60 days to offset it. Once complete call them again. I thought I can offset based on my spending pattern (every month maximize the rebate). Anyhow achievable so I didn't request for more.

2. Very efficient to convert my PB QM and QV transaction to 12 months installment. Once call, put down phone, receive SMS that successfully converted.  thumbup.gif

Really hope PB don't pull/reduce any of the existing benefits after Maybank fiasco. They already took out the 6 months 0% BT early this year.

Hi, bro.

Do you wait few days later until the transactions appear on ur CC transaction history?

Only then you proceed to call for the flexi 12months 0%.

I'm still waiting for my transactions made on Sunday though.

ringgitplus article confirm that reloading to Boost not counted as online transaction to be awarded cashback.
Refer: https://ringgitplus.com/en/blog/e-wallet/Wh...-E-Wallets.html

Most e-wallet reloads are classified as online transactions, which means credit cards that offer cashback for online transactions are shortlisted; though some banks may exclude cashback from some e-wallet reloads (such as Public Bank Quantum & Visa Signature for Boost, and UOB YOLO for Boost and BigPay).

i think it's quite obvious what e-wallets are la. some of the people here just refuse to accept reality. cashback if any, is probably a glitch from the bank side.

Nothing much to confirm actually if you ask me as can only be test, calling CS to confirm this and that so called eWallet or even that prepaid card or any form of topup to something similar to ewallet that keeping your cash is just abit pointless.

Bravo, if some like TNG not included, maybe BP which mainly to me is due to how they capture all this kind of eWallet, if some manage to avoid due to the program capturing using MCC code etc then congrats!

yup. can keep justifying the reasons here and whatnot, but at the end of the day it's decided by the bank (and quite obvious what e-wallets are as per BNM).

Wait for the transaction to be posted then call and convert. Don't do it near your statement date.

If the statement is generated with the transaction, can't do anything about that.

Check with CS or IVR? Not sure status check via IVR will work for existing users but you can try.

Update for my case, I managed to convert the spending to FPP after the statement date, the outstanding balance changed to 0 after I received the approval SMS. That is way better than convert to FPP before statement date otherwise I will need to pay the first instalment once the statement is out. Then next working day called to transfer the FPP from QV to QM, quite easy and hassle-free I would say. Thanks for your help btw.

You can try what I did, spent >Rm1.2k, wait for statement to be generated, then call to convert to FPP. So you only pay the first instalment min 50 days max 80 days later, cheers.

You mean:

My current statement: 21/06/2019
Spend on: 23/06/2019

Generate statement: 21/07/2019

Call bank on 22/07/2019 for FPP?
