For the Quantum Flexi-Payment Plan, it is based on the amount of a single transaction right? Not combination of several transactions right?

Example: I swipe 2k, then another 3k, FPP can only apply for 2k, 3k or both provided I have enough CL? Or I can apply for 5k FPP one shot?

Thanks.

per transaction.

apply multiple times lor.

I was thinking to combine smaller amounts (<1.2k) and convert to FPP. That won't be the case then, thanks.

Does the public bank visa signature have any cash rebate for Shopee wallet top up?
*
OT: How to top up Shopee e-wallet? From my understanding it is only for refund purposes.

WTA, can we apply FPP on the QV and then cancel the card? The monthly repayment will be billed under QV like Aeon CC or like UOB which will open a new FPP account? First time applying PBB FPP, thanks.

Then, why not just spend on QMC?
*
Because I already maxed out QMC, now want to reload quite a substantial amount to BP , if I use QMC I wont get any benefits, not even VIP points. With QV at least I can earn some points. Aiks, when it comes to month end all my CB cards already maxed out, maybe I need to get those unlimited CB cards already. blush.gif

when u intend to cancel the QMV ?

if you're cancelling the QMV card anyway, wont get to enjoy the points. even if gotten the points, would it be high enough to redeem something?

or try this. swipe using QMV to bp. get the points (check points and redeem something), then transfer bp trx to QMC, then convert bp trx to flexipay from QMC.
*
Yeah, wanted to cancel QMV after redeeming all the points.

Wait how do I transfer BP trx from QMV to QMC? By calling CS?

call CS. not sure can work, just TRY and ask whether possible to transfer biggrin.gif

do this before statement is out, else once statement-ed, you can't convert it via flexipay.
*
Ah ok, my statement date is 2nd, need to call soon. Thanks.

must wait for the statement? Or only during this 1st time?
*
Same case as mine, statement date is 2nd, got the card on 27th Mar, reloaded BP immediately and again on 3rd Apr, only found out the first statement will only be generated on 2nd May, which is today.

Update for my case, I managed to convert the spending to FPP after the statement date, the outstanding balance changed to 0 after I received the approval SMS. That is way better than convert to FPP before statement date otherwise I will need to pay the first instalment once the statement is out. Then next working day called to transfer the FPP from QV to QM, quite easy and hassle-free I would say. Thanks for your help btw.

I have a Quantum MasterCard. If I buy say a RM1200 item and opt for 12 monthly installments of RM100 each, would I get 5% cashback for the RM100 every month (effectively giving me 5% on the RM1200) or would the cashback be based on the purchase price (ie maximum of RM30 only)?
*
Cashback will be awarded for the total purchase price only, max RM30.

I have CIMB cash rebate card.  Used to be good when it's a 5% cash back for online transactions, although capped at RM30.00 a month.  But it was removed some time ago.  Online transactions earn normal rebate of 0.02% only nowadys.

Anyway if you are offered another PBB card, there's no harm taking it I suppose.  After you build a good record with them, you can always reapply for Quantum.

As for me, my status has now been changed to "pending documentation".

Does PBB call or SMS an application success?  Or you always have to find out yourself?
*
It's 0.2% for online and other retail transactions. Anyway off topic already.

You can try what I did, spent >Rm1.2k, wait for statement to be generated, then call to convert to FPP. So you only pay the first instalment min 50 days max 80 days later, cheers.

You mean:

My current statement: 21/06/2019
Spend on: 23/06/2019

Generate statement: 21/07/2019

Call bank on 22/07/2019 for FPP?
*
Correct, so your total FPP amount will be credited, and 1st instalment will be under unbilled transaction, so wait for your statement in 21st Aug and pay the first instalment by 10 Sept icon_rolleyes.gif
