Hi guys, i submitted my application exactly 2 weeks ago through branch and yesterday, i made a call to pbe IVR and the status i heard is pending documentation. But just now, i login my eccris to check on that, pbe cc application finally recorded under “application for credit” just that the status is “pending”.

It is considered approved? Thanks for anyone who got the same experience on this.

The CL will be changed too once it's approved. Check via IVR is the fastest way, I did mine that way, checked in the morning, after lunch and after working hours for few days until I heard my application is approved.

Just now tried top up with TnG e-wallet and found that no more OTP, dunno will affect the CB for PBB VS and QMC or not...

why payment using pbb vs to amway and other direct sales co via their order website is not treated as online? very confuse how thing work. what if I store my credit card in airasia, is this online or auto debit?

so far most of the transaction with OTP is consider as online while not getting OTP most of the time is not granted but can make dispute to their CS
