hi wanted to ask. i have been using my pbe visa signature for uob payonline to pay my tnb and syabas bill. But from june 1 2019 there is no more uob pay online. how to use this card for online cashback (TNB and SYABAS). TQ

I have activated my Public Bank Quantum MasterCard on 26/5 and spent RM325 on next day. Wonder when will i receive my cashback

The plastic is fragile material. I didn’t notice the spoilt in the arrival hall otherwise I’ll try to claim from the airline. Anyway, I’ve informed PB & they said they will contact their supplier. The warranty is 3 years.

Hi, i remember i read somewhere here bout new card 1st bill come later so only only cashback for 1 month..

what the process to get 2 months cashback for this situation...

ps: i cant think of a keyword to search for this... sorry...

1) wait for 1st statement is out first

2) email to CS, detailing the spending in partial-cycle (uncalculated cb) and full cycle (you only gotten cb for this).

It's not a new rule. It has always been no separate CB for supp officially.
