Obviously it's very normal.
You won't get VIP points for items that have been awarded with cash back.

JomPay must be paid from PBe right?
All bill payment within PBe won't get cash back for PBB VS and PBB QMC.
Clear enough?

It's under exclusion list if you pull out the cash back TnC.

But under what circumstance will trigger OTP?
Unless we're pretty sure on how to trigger for OTP input, it's better to exclude it at this stage.

If OTP triggered, you'll be very likely get the cash back.

You can still RM 10000 into BP and still earn RM 30; way below the RM 80 cap.

Call CS to ask for rebate on 15/04/2019 and CS said put forward a request due to subject to management approval

Check PBe just now (16/04/2019) and saw:
CASH REWARDS/DEBIT REVERSAL ADJUSTMENT
