I didn't see that in the same statement.
I have lodged a request for this matter and SST rebate.
CS said needs management approval.

Both AF and SST reversed:

ANNUAL CARD FEE ADJUSTMENT/REBATE
CASH REWARDS/DEBIT REVERSAL ADJUSTMENT

As fast as I expected to be; within the same working! rclxms.gif

No wonder PBB is the best bank in certain extent.

I don't know but I use this card quite a lot; not just for cash back but others outside the cash back category.
I got 9000+ VIP points.

BOOST APP 3D-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY ---> Need OTP
BOOST APP SSL-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY ---> No OTP required

A forumer has posted/shared that both are eligible for cash back using PBB VS.
